I ordered the incorrect item(s). What do I do?
You can email us and request for a return claim. You can also read the “Return Policy” in the Our Policies Section at the bottom right hand corner of our site. Once on this page you can follow up our instructions for the return process. Make sure and include your order number, item(s) that you’re requesting to return. Once this information is received we will contact you back by email with your return details and give you a FREE RETURN LABEL.
Refund times and procedures
After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever the form of payment you used (COD, Credit Card, PayPal where available), the refund procedure will start within 7-21 days from when we were informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once we have checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
Are the shipping times guaranteed?
When you add an item to your basket, we’ll ask you to choose a shipping speed. We’ll then let you know the estimated arrival date for your item – and that’s something we stand by. Sometimes bad weather or carrier delays can throw a spanner in the works, but if your order doesn’t get to you on time, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Why was my order canceled?
Every order is unique so reasons for cancellations and delays vary. We strive to keep merchandise status up-to-date but occasionally there are situations when an item may be out of stock and not evident until the fulfillment process. This can be due to damaged items, high order volume, etc.
Your order may have been canceled due to declined by our security verification system. They can be, but not limited to:
-Quantity of items ordered
-The address and telephone number you provided for your credit card account does not match what your bank has on file
-You are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses. However, we DO ship to PO boxes. We’ll be working on military addresses in the near future.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once an order ships, we can’t make any changes to it, including to the shipping address.
If you reach out to us via our email address at email@example.com, we may be able to cancel your order for you. On Monday to Saturday, orders ship within 2-3 business days of being placed, so we can’t guarantee your order will be canceled.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Unfortunately at this time we do not. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Can I purchase different sizes for tops and bottoms？
Yes, you can view separates that you can mix and match . Although we do also have plenty of cute apparel that are sold in sets, we’re working on developing more mix and match silhouettes, so stay tuned!
Are there any coupons or promo codes I can use?
